The Statement of Support Program is the cornerstone of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)’s effort to increase employer support by encouraging employers to act as advocates for employee participation in the military. Supportive employers are critical to maintaining the strength and readiness of the Nation’s Guard and Reserve units. Our CEO signs the Statement of Support without hesitation every year and we have been awarded the ESGR Patriot Award in 2022, the Above and Beyond Award in 2023, and the Pro Patria Award in 2024.

The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships or internships during their last 180 days of service prior to release from active duty.
