Marcus Castilla is a retired Army officer who served for over 25 years. With his decades of military service and an illustrious career as an executive leader in medical sales, Marcus joined as the Director or ROGER in May 2024.
Marcus plays a pivotal role in fostering growth for the digital bank and developing innovative strategies to generate a competitive advantage for customers. As Director, he leads ROGER in its objectives to deliver a streamlined banking experience, empower financial health, and elevate financial freedom for America’s military members.
Marcus’s journey to ROGER is deeply intertwined with his family’s legacy. During his military service that included the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, he held leadership positions globally and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps. There he met his wife, Jill, who also served in the U.S. Army and the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Today, two of their children are serving on active duty.
Marcus is dedicated to making a positive change using his leadership experience and empowering others through mentorship and community engagement.
